I’m a Danish photographer, based just outside Copenhagen.
I got my first camera in 1996, but didn’t go digital until 2004, and then in 2005 I got my first DSLR.
In 2012, I began doing modelling shoots with a friend of mine. Later, she, a couple of her friends and I, formed a small photography group, where they were models, and I was the photographer.
It lasted until around late 2015/early 2016, when our life simply didn’t allow it to continue. Work, family and other things took over our time, and we were only able to meet up on rare occasions. The last shoot I had with one of the members, was in the Summer 2017.
Then in late 2018 I was getting the itches to start taking photos again, and used Facebook to get in contact with some TFP models. Soon I had a few contacts, and we did some shoots. In early 2019, I got in contact with another model. We clicked immediately, and began working together, and we have been keeping up-to-date with each other since then.
Sadly, the pandemic in 2020 almost stopped my interest in photoshoots with models, and I only had 3 sessions that year, 2 of them with the model I met in 2019. After that I didn’t had a single shoot for almost 2½ years.
In January 2023 I chatted with the model from 2019, and she encouraged me to get started again. The spring 2023 was busy IRL, so it wasn’t until mid-June 2023 I was able to sit down and post in the same Facebook groups I had used almost 5 years prior. A few models contacted me, and soon I had a few shoots planned. Some models contacted me on Instagram, and I began working together with some of them.
